Beginner Pole classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels.
We teach you basic spins, holds and transitions. You will gradually develop strength as we work towards climbing and sitting on the pole.
In classes at this level, students quickly begin to see the health benefits of increasing strength, tone and flexibility, as they develop confidence and familiarity with pole.
Moves you might be able to learn during this course:
- Spins: Momentun turn; Fireman; Ankle hook; Back hook; Front hook.
- Climbs: Standar Climb; Forearm Climb.
- Tricks: Seat; Wrist Seat; Layout; Fan kick; Basic Invert; Crucifix.
- Floorwork: Backwards rolls; Forwards rolls
